Delivery & Despatch

How much is delivery?
Delivery in the UK costs £3.25 per order (RM48) or £4.30 (RM24), UK Orders over £35 are delivered FREE*.  A premium service via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm for £9.99 is available.

* Standard RM48 (except when a promotion excludes delivery)

When will my order be despatched?

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. Stock availability is shown beside each product. Standard orders are sent Royal Mail 48 and larger orders may be sent via Yodel, DPD, DHL or Royal Mail (carrier choice is at our discretion). 

We have introduced Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm for urgent orders (UK ONLY), this service is not available in all areas, orders using this service will be despatched the following day from ordering and are subject to stock availability.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
The best way to contact us is via email.
If you wish to cancel an order we will always do our best to try and help, however due to our fast despatch times sometimes this is not possible, you may then return your order within 14 days for a refund.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we will ship to most countries if unsure please contact us for further details.

If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Worlds End Trading has no responsibility for these charges.

*Europe Standard postage is £9.75. Orders over 2kg will need a custom delivery quote, please contact us for details.

*R.O.W Standard postage is £25. Orders over 2kg will need a custom delivery quote, please contact us for details.

Orders for the United States now have there own prices based on the total order weight.
