Delivery Rates

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.99 within the UK. All orders over £35 automatically qualify for free delivery (within the UK only).

Outside of the UK: Europe - £10,   Rest of the World:  £20

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours. However, orders are usually dispatched the same day. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery for all parcels and the majority of our customers should receive their products within 24 hours of dispatch.

RETURNS

Cancelling your order

If you have placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind for any reason you may cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched. To cancel either CLICK HERE to send an email, or contact us by calling 0845 094 1635. Please have your order number ready.

Returning a product

If you are not happy with a product for any reason please feel free to return it to us for a full refund minus the p+p costs. Returns should be made with 14 days of the order being received. If you wish to return an item please CLICK HERE to email us so that we can log the return, this speeds up the process for you. Please state in the email whether you require an exchange or a refund. We will contact you to provide you with returns information. All returns are processed the day they are received.

We accept many different payment options, and try to cater for the majority of our customers. At the moment we are able to accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, SOLO & MAESTRO.

CHEQUE

If you do not wish to pay by card you may send a cheque for payment by following the directions given at the checkout. Please note: when paying via cheque, orders will only be processed when cheque has cleared.
